8 cups Mix baby lettuces with arugula May be substitutes with any lettuces mix or baby arugula only
1 Avocado
7-8 slices Basturma
1/3 cup Pecans
10 Cherry or baby plum tomatoes
1 pint Raspberry
10 Fresh Mozzarella balls Choose salad size mozzarella in water, or goat cheese balls in oil.
Ingredients for Dressing
1 oz Soy sauce
1/2 oz Balsamic vinegar
1 0z Maple syrup
2 oz Grapeseed oil

      Loving raspberries.

      As much as I love salads, I love creating them! You could see me standing in the middle of the grocery store looking weird because I appear to be oblivious to where I am! Well, this is the moment when I might have spotted amazingly fresh looking strawberries or grapes and actually started creating a salad in my head! Salads are my favorite food, but I love complex salads with many interesting ingredients and protein. Here is one of them, my first and my favorite! It has basturma as a protein, but you can use nice prosciutto instead.





      Peel, pit and slice avocado.
      Cut basturma into thin slices.
      Cut tomatoes and cheese balls in half.
      Brake pecan into medium size pieces.


      Arrange salad leaves on the serving platter, add slices of avocado, tomato halves, pecans, and basturma.


      Make a dressing. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well. Pour over salad lightly. Arrange raspberries and cheese on top of the salad. sprinkle with a little more dressing. Enjoy!
