Salmon marinated with orange juice is so succulent and flavorful, you would want to make it again and again. A breeze to make and a delight to eat!

Mix all ingredients, except salmon filets and sesame seeds, together in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag. Place salmon filets in the bag, close it and let salmon marinate for at least 1hour and up to 6 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking dish with parchment paper, spray with some olive or avocado oil. Place salmon on the baking dish, pour some of the marinade over fish and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Take it out
of the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

If you would like to, you can make a twist on this recipe and substituted soy sauce for nice citrusy Ponzu sauce. Ponzu basically means citrus juice. This sauce is made by mixing citrus juice with soy sauce, and other ingredients. It can be easily purchased at any large grocery store next to the soy sauce.
Ponzu sauce gives this dish nice citrusy flavor.
Another variation would be substituting an orange with a bloody orange. In this case, add a teaspoon of chopped fresh tarragon.
