Ingredients

2 Chicken breast skinless boneless chicken breast halves
½ cup Plain Yogurt
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
½ teaspoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Sea salt
½ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Super Easy Peanut Sauce
3 tablespoon Peanut butter
2 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoons of Lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 clove Garlic finely minced
1/3 teaspoon Fish sauce
about 1/4 cup Water

Easy Chicken Satay with Super Easy Peanut Sauce

    A boring chicken breast becomes a culinary masterpiece in no time if you are using this recipe! Healthy, easy and delicious, served with the easiest peanut sauce you can make at home, this dish is a Winner!

    Cut chicken breast crosswise slightly diagonally into ¼ inch slices.

    Mix together the rest of the ingredients, add chicken slices to the yogurt mixture, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.

    Meanwhile, heat heavy skillet or grill skillet over medium-high; soak about 12 bamboo skewers in water for 15 min. Thread chicken onto skewers lengthwise.

    Lightly oil skillet, cook chicken for about 3-4 min on each side. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
    Serve with Super Easy Peanut Sauce. Enjoy!

    Super Easy Peanut Sauce

    Mix all the ingredients, except water. Gradually add water to bring sauce to the desired consistency. It has to have the consistency of sour cream.
